Show controls land in Summit County, Utah, that noxious weeds standing, being, or growing on such land shall be controlled and the spread of the same prevented by effective cutting, tillage, cropping, pasturing, or treating with chemicals or other effective method, or combination thereof, approved by the County Weed Supervisor, as often as may be required to prevent the weed from blooming and maturing seeds, or spreading by root, root stalks or other means. Upon failure to comply with this notice, the owner or person in possession of property upon which noxious weeds are present shall be deemed negligent and enforced control measures may be imposed at the discreation of county authorities. Expenses of control measures employed by' the county shall be paid directly by the owner or person in possession of the property, or shall constitute a lien on the property and become collectible by taxes. The following are declared noxious weeds for the State of Utah and the county of Summit: ContFrom 6A Ordinances of Coalville City, State of Utah, 1932, be, and the aame hereby is, repealed. Section 2. ' Chapter XLI of the Revised Ordinances of Coalville City, 1932, is amended and as follows: CHAPTER XU POOL HAULS CLOSING TIME - Section 489(1). It shall be unlawful for the owner, keeper, manager of, or employees in, any pool hall, billiard parlor, bar, or bowling alley, within this city, to allow or permit such place or places of business to be or remain open, or to conduct business therein, between the hours of 11:59 o'clock p.m. and 7:00 oclock a.m. of the following day, or to allow or permit any such place or places of business to be or to remain open or to conduct business therein on the first day of the week known as Sunday. Section 490(1) Penalty. Any person violating (he terms of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punished by a fine of not more than $299, by imprisonment in the Summit County Jail for not more than six months, or .by both such fine and Imprisonment. Section 490(2) Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective twenty (20) days after publication as provided by law.
