She is the youngest of five children in her family. Heather is veiy active in her school at North Summit High. She has been involved in the band, girls basketball, girls volleyball, journalism, yearbook staff and was chosen junior representative for the yearbook royalty this last year. She also served on her Junior Prom committee. She is also on the honor roll scholastically. Heather has held many leadership positions in her church also. She has been selected yearbook editor for next year. As her hobbies, Heather likes to water ski, visit friends, travel, which she has done quite a bit of, having been to Peru to stay for a summer with her Peruvian foreign exchange family. Her Peruvian sister, Patty Compos, lived with Heather and her family for three months the previous year and attended North Summit High School. Heather is a Junior member of the American Legion Auxiliary, Leroy Benson post and is very excited about the opportunity to attend Girls State this year in Cedar City sponsored by them. mental principles of American Government through actual practice and control of the state offices during Girls State. Gub for their effort towards this program. ship. Girls State is an effort on the part of the American Legion Meredith Judd Cheryl Judd, a daughter of Arlin and Joan Judd of Coalville. She is 17 years old and a Jr. at North Summit High School. She is very active in both academic and extracurricular activities in school. She is a member of the National Honor Society. She is active in Business and this year was chosen as High Achiever in Chemistry. She has been a member of the FHA and Jazz and Concert Bands. She is very active in the Girls Athletic program Cathy Anderton Cathy Anderton has been selected to attend American Legion Auxiliary Girls State in June. Cathy is a Junior at North Summit High School. She is very active, being assistant drill mistress of the Esonas Drill Team, Layout Editor of the school paper and a member of the volleyball and track teams, as well as representing North Summit on the Business Teams at several competitions. Cathy has been a very active member for eight years and has received many county and state awards. Her hobbies are with dancing, sports, friends, taking care of animals, and having fun. The story and lyrics are by Ralph G. Rogers Jr. and the music is by K. Newell Dayley. This production portrays the events and people that must have helped to shape Moroni from the time he grew up in the house of his father, Mormon, until he delivered the golden plates to Joseph Smith. "Moroni peels the sold leaf .Mi-- the LDS Seminary and Church program and works for her parents in their business. where for the past three years she has played volleyball, basketball and on the track team. This year she was chosen as the MVP in two sports and shared it in the third. She was on the 1984-8U.H.S.A.A. Basketball Team, and team for two also on the years. She was the MVP in Region 11 in Basketball. She broke a Region record in Track this year and placed in three out of the four events at the State Meet this year. She was chosen as the N.S.H.S.
