Show 2A March FOCUS AMERICAN FORK-T- he timeless beauty of ballet will be the theme when Utah Youth Ballet appears In Concert" at American Fork High School ' theater on March 25 and 26. The two performances mark the occasion of .the organization of Utah Youth Ballet as the resident dance company of Utah Pageant of the Arts, according to Jacqueline P. Colledge, artistic director. Canon "Romantique," in D," "Vivache," and the dazzling Legacy" will be performed before the inter-- ASPEN TUB & SPA La mission, followed by ballet. a Coquette," story Matthew Degnan, perfor- ming courtesy of Ballet West, will be guest artist. Carol Harrison Degnan, formerly company manager of The Connecticut Ballet, will also be a featured dancer. Curtain time will be 8:00 p.m. for the two performances. Tickets are available at Sabine's Dancewear and Accessories, 19 East Main, American Fork, from 10 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Admission is only S3.50 for adults and S2.50 for youth, ages five through 12. and .Coppelia" and In Concert" will be the touring production of this delightful young company later this fall. The thick and chewy crust, easy to make with refrigerated flaky biscuits, is filled with a savory sloppy joe mixture topped with cheese. BIG TASTIN' SLOPPY JOE PIE beef onion can tomato sauce can whole kernel corn, drained 1 lb. ground 12 cup chopped s. s. -- 14 cup water 1 envelope (1J1 os.) sloppy joe or chili seasoning mix 10-ocan Hungry Jack refrigerated flaky biscuits 2 tablespoons milk 13 cup corameel 4 os. (1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese s. Heat oven to 875 F. Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, com, water and seasoning ' mix. Heat meat mixture until hot and bubbly; reduce heat and simmer while preparing crust Separate biscuit dough into 10 Uacuita; flatten slightly. Dip each in milk, then in cornmeaL Arrange 7 biscuits around sides and 3 on bottom of ungreaaed 9 or h pie plate; prose biscuits to form crust. (Biscuits will form petal-lik- e shape around rim of pan.) Sprinkle crust with 12 cup cheese. Spoon hot meat mixture over cheese; sprinkle with remaining cheeae.
