Hank heads for Costa Rica New co-edit- ors for Silver Vail Hank Louis has finally made good on his threat to return to Costa Rica. Thats fine for Hank. He will finish the novel that we are anxious but what of Silver to read little Vain. Park City's magazine", which he founded and nurtured through five issues? Happily we find that Hank had the foresight to pass its guardianship along to Diane Fouts and Jose Knighton. ' According to Diane. Silver Vain Six is already in the works. "Hank selected the fiction. she said. I think he will always be involved with it." the new added. Diane and Jose are both co-edit-or published poets. Diane's Silver Vain founder Hank Louis. s A assoowas t sf a s work has appeared in Silver Vain and in the Utah State Literary Annual. Jose has published two books of his own poetry (Compost Press) in addition to being included in Silver Vain and Peter Blue Goud's Journal. Editing a literary journal, says Diane, "is something I've always wanted to do." The next issue should be available by late January. Forty writers will be repre- sented. most of them Utahns. "We would like to be able to publish more than once a year." Diane confided but we will need to look for more subscriptions and grant money.
