Consumer Affairs Display There is a roving display located in the Summit County Courthouse depicting typical consumer problems. This is a 12 , placard display and is available for your information. There will also be a seminar on Dec. 10 at 10 a.m., when the display is removed. This seminar will be one hour long,' giving consumers two opportunities to talk with a representative from the Utah State Division of Consumer Affairs. There are also pamphlets and complaint forms availasble in the Artist of the Month clerks office. We strongly urge all individuals who would like to learn more about their rights as consumers to take advantage of this informative program.
