The item of business wss the selecting of Girls State Candidates. The records show that the first President of the Henefer Ward Relief Society was sustained in 1878 making this year of 1978 a centenniel year for the Relief Society in the Henefer Ward. But personal and family records of sister Annie Price Bunot say that she was head of the Relief Society program a few years before 1878. Each of the twenty sisters who have served as Relief Society Presi- dents were honored. Each was represented by a relative or themselves. A short talk wss given by each sister.
