He married Pearl Dickerson, Jan. 11, 1937 in Manti. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Provo LDS Temple. He was raised and spent most of his life in Nephi. He worked as a miner, trucker, railroad fisherman, as a welder in the ship yards in San Francisco during World War II, and owned and operated a business in Nephi. Survivors include his wife of Nephi; one daughter and two sons: Mrs. Clyde L. (Verna) Motes, Las Vegas; George Wilson, West Valley City; Deris Wilson, Roy; 13 grandchildren; 12 one sister and one brother, Mrs. Ray D. (Elaine) Fowkes, Ogden and Jack E. Wilson, San Francisco. He was preceded in death by a son, Elmo Larand Wilson. Funeral services were held Mon., Feb. 10, 1992 in the Nephi Stake Center.
