Chad Lee Coombs 21, of San- taquin, was pronounced dead at Mountain View Hospital, Payson, Utah of an accidental gunshot wound on December 16, 1988. He was born August 31, 1967 in Provo to Virgil and Jean Perry Coombs. He married Wendi Baron, July 19, 1986 in Provo and was later divorced. He was a roofer. He had lived with grandparents in Provo during the past year. He epjoyed hunting, fishing, the mountains and being outdoors. He was a woodworker, a-- graduate of Payson High School and attended Utah Valley Community College. He is survived by a daughter, Crystal Ann Coombs, Provo; parents, two brothers, Daniel and Josh Coombs, all of Santaquin; two s, Mrs. Joe (Natalee) Grove and Leigh Pleasant Alvarado, Brown, Tuscon, Arizona; grandparents: Mr. and Mrs. Elden Perry, Provo; Mrs. Ruth Coombs, Fountain Green, Utah.
