The Gospel, according to John, recounted the story of Jesus healing of the blind man. In his sermon, Father expanded on the Gospel, telling how we are all enlightened through baptism, and, also, by seeing the world through the eyes of God. To add a humorous note the lights went out all over town, during the sermon, . but this didnt bother Father. He didnt even falter, but went right on, (in the dark church), as though he had planned it that way, and even made the blackout part of his sermon.
