PUBLIC NOTICE The Juab County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday November 13, 2003 in the Memorial Building in Eureka at 7:00 PM. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on a request by Anderson Engineering Co. Inc. for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a rock quarry in portions of Sections 13 and 25 T10S R3W in the Mammoth area. The quarry will cover from 1 to 5 acres. A copy of the map is available for review at the Eureka City Hall. NOTICE TO RESIDENTS OF EUREKA Atlantic Richfield Company and Flare Construction, Inc. are currently working in the area of Knightville Road and Highway 6. Heavy equipment and trucks will be entering and exiting the county road on a frequent basis. We are requesting your help in keeping the area of construction safe. Jake has been chosen for the Principals' Corner this week for being an Second Top Grader. He is the best at language arts, math, and A1I-Arou- nd science. His work is always neat and completed.
