Thn resolution proposes to change tha Utah Constitution as toHows: AMENDS: ARTICLE VII, SECTIONS Be It resolved by the Legisleture of tho state of Utah, twoJhirds of sH members elected to each of tho two houses voting in favor thereof: Section 1. It is propoaad to amend Utah Constitution Article VII, Section 6. to read: Section 6. Convening of extra sessions of Advance pubic Notice. Legislature (Ilia) On extraordinary occasions, the Governor may convene tha Legislature by proclamation, In which shall be stated the purpoee tor which the Legislature is to be convened, and it shad may transact no legislative business except that tor which it was especially convened, or such other legislative business as the Governor may call to its attention while In session, subject to Subsection (llfbl.
