Major Dennis Jenkins spoke prior to the ribbon cuttingand he said, The Community Impact Board said, You cant build it for what you are proposing.' The board gave us $500,000, and individuals plus businesses helping out and donated labor is what this facility is all about. We had graders, trucks, loaders, etc. for our use on the back nine.
