Swasey of Boneta, will both graduate from medical school during the next month. Their parents are Melvin and Dixie Swasey of Boneta and grandparents are Albert and Thelma Pierce of Vernal. Scott ia a 1990 Altamont High graduate. He received a Bachelors of Science in Industrial HygienePublic Health from Utah State University in 1997. In 1998 he was accepted to Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri. Graduation ia Junel at Truman State University. Later that month he will begin his internal medicine residency at The University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri. Scott ia married to Esther CarlsruhofLayton. They have two children, Harris, 3, and Adam, 1. Drew is a 1991 graduate of Altamont: High. He received a Bachelor o (Science in Industrial Hygiene Public Health from Utah State University in 1998. He was then accepted to Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Betheada, Maryland. Drew is currently an active duty Captain for the United States Air Force. He graduated on May 18 at the N ational Society Daughters ofthe American Revolution Hall in Washington, D.C. Drew will begin his general surgery internshipat V right State University in Dayton, Ohio in June: Drew is married to Melissa Clark of North Salt Lake. They are expecting their first child in July. Rhett Swasey graduated with Cum laude honors from Utah State University on May 4. He received a BS degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology and a minor in Chemistry. For the last two years Rhett has worked in a Molecular Genetics Research Laboratory on the USU campus. He will be continuing his education this fall at Purdue University, School of Veterinary Medicine in West Lafayette, Indiana. Rhett is a 1995 graduate of Altamont High and received his associate degree from CEU. He is married to Marie Beals of Price. Rhett is also the son of Melvin and Dixie Swasey of Boneta.
