Kevin Wilson ft Jackie Morrill Union graduates play for University of Utah Ute teams By Aldon Rachels six-ya- rd Most high schools are lucky to have one athlete play for a college team, but in Union High's case they have two former star Cougars, Kevin Wilson and Jackie Morrill, on University of Utah squads with Wilson, a senior, on the Utah football team and Morrill, a sophomore, on the volleyball crew. Wilsonisa 1994 Union graduate, who played on the Cougar's 1993 3-- state championship team and Morrill, a 2000 UHS grad, plus a member ofthe second place state volleyball squad. Utahs sports teams are both enA joying winning seasons with the womens volleyball team defeating No. 6 ranked Colorado State, 80-2- 2, 30-2- 6, 24-3- 0, 18-3-0, on Nov. 3 winning streak 15-1-2 to end their and improved to 18-- and 10-- 2 in conference play. Utah's football team downed UNLV, also on Nov. 3, by the score of Morrill posted 24 assists and nine digs from her setter position, and at the time of the game with Colorado State, Utah was ranked No. 15 in a national volleyball poll.
