Tohannie expressed sorrow prior to sentencing, apologizing to the victim and her family and other people he had hurt by his actions. &-- Randy attorney Kennard said there was no question his client should be sentenced to prison because of the serious nature of the charges, but pointed out that he was 'forthright and truthful in admitting his criminal actions," and told police where he had hidden homemade videos he had made of the victim. Judge Lynn Payne said that while he recognised Tohannie honesty, it must be put in proper perspective. Most people who are pedophiles dont admit it and he did. He was t, but he was in the not a home and functioning as a father. The aggravating factors outweigh the mitigation, Payne stated.
