Each year the Utah National Parka Council presents tha Silver Beaver Award to outstanding Scouters Authorization for tha award is granted through the National Court of Honor of tht Boy Scouts of America. The number of Silver Beavers awarded is based on tho number of units within tho Council. The Council recognizes these fine men and women for their distinguished service to youth. Boy Scout volunteers give their time and resources to help young men achieve the high aims of the BSA-t- o build character, citizenship and fitness. Silver Beavers have served well in many Scouting capacities for several years. Each is trained to work effectively with boys andor leaden of boys.
