These results confirm our belief that all Utahns want and deserve the ability to choose a credit union Two cases result in 3 arrests by Strike Force On Feb. 4, agents of the Uintah Basin Narcotics Strike Force, working in conjunction with agents from Adult Probation and Parole, seised 25 marijuana plants at a Uintah Basin residence. Also seised were marijuana seeds, rolling papers, pipes and other paraphernalia. Arrested was Ronnie Dale Gardiner, 40 and Billy Estes. 25. Gardiner was booked for cultivation of marijuana, possession of marijuana, possession of drug and a weapons offense. Estes was booked for distribution of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. APAP and Strike Force agents were assisted by Uintah County deputies. In an unrelated case, a search warrant was executed by the Strike Force on Feb- - 6, at the apartments located at 650 West 100 South. Arrested was Denise Kendall, age 29. Agents seised methamphetamine, syringes and other drug paraphernalia. The syringes were located para-phemal- ia within easy reach of four children in the home. Further charges are pending against Kendall for distributing methamphetamine to an undercover informant.
