PUBLIC NOTICE FINDING OF NO SIG- NIFICANT IMPACT As required by the guidelines for the preparation of environmental impacts statements, an environmental review has been performed on the proposed State of Utah, Division of Costs: Total $14,260,000 Board Management (AVSMB) provides treatment to the communities ofV emal, Maeser, Glines, Naples and Davis. The review process indicated that no significant environmental impacts would result from the proposed action. Consequently, a preliminary decision hu been made not to prepare an environmental impact statement (EIS). This action is taken on the basis of a careful review of the engineering report, environmental information documents and other sup- of facultative a five-ce- ll wastewater lagoon system. As seepage water flows through the soils underlying the existing treatment lagoons, selenium is mobilized and transported with the seepage water to Ashley Creek. The pair located the unidentified man Monday afternoon, June 15. The man was reportedly throwing handfuls of dirt into the air to create clouds to help rescuers spot him from the air. Once Lemieux and Shelton found the man they directed ground teams in. Prior to beginning the search the two Roosevelt CAP pilots flew to Salt Lake City to pick up Nan Walton and her search dog, Katie, to assist in the efforts. The search was conducted by Rocky Mountain Rescue, Emery County Search and Rescue and the Roosevelt CAP. Shelton serves as the local CAP aquardon commander, Lemieux is the past commander.
