The program, first ' proposed to the Board of Big Game Control last winter by organised Utah sportsmen, will provide big game hunters who enroll with far mare hunting opportunity than the average hunter. In turn. Dedicated Hunters will pay a fee, complete DWR courses in hunter ethics and basic wildlife management Director Bob Valentine.
