Hie report, detailing the status of compliance with the Child Welfare Reform Act during the first six months, highlights areas which include .Shelter Staffing, Health Care, Legal Issues, Faster Parent Recruitment, Training and Education. To better serve children in shelter staffing teams met within 24 hours on 595 children (between July and August) in shelter. In this way recommendations to the court are no longer solely the caseworker's but a united effort by education, legal foster staff, law enforcement, parents, caseworker! and other people who can help make informed decisions concerning the child.
