Or, its the weekend and although you know you need medical care, there's no way you can afford those high emergency room fees. Or, you need to see a doctor, but because of your work situation you cant make it to a appointment. Relief is on the way through the "Fast Track Clime opening January 2, 1995, at the Uintah Basin Medical Center (UBMC). According to UBMC Community Relations Director, Kyla Allred, over the last several months the hospital has identified a need in the community for an alternative resource for access to health care basis. To fill on a the need, the UBMC has established a "Fast Track Clinic" in the hospital that can be utilized by the community without incurring the high cost of an emergency room day-tim- e Room physicians. The hours will be .Monday through Friday from 8 am. to 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Every possible effort will be made to have a Celebration of Utahs statehood to be held patient seen within 10 minutes, says Allred.
