Rasmussen Loren Clive Rasmussen, 65, Heybum, Idaho, died Wednesday, September 8, in the Cassia Memo-riHospital. He was bom January 31, 1928 in Standardville, Utah. He was the son of Arthur Lorenzo and Evelyn Mae Pulley Rasmussen. He married Joann Draper November 22, 1951 in Evanston, Wyoming. He was the custodian at East Burial in the Pleasant View Cemetery with military graveside rites. d' Mini co Jr. High School. He was a member of the Christian Church and a veteran of WWIL He was raised and attended schools in Duchesne. He is survived by his wife, of Heybum; four sons and spouses, Dean and Linda Rasmuseen, Olympia, Washington; Gary and Mokey Rasmussen, Rupert; and Darwin Rasmussen, Wendell and Keith and Sandra Rasmussen, Burley, Idaho; three daughters and . Qyde Bancroft C. Bancroft Clyde Allen "Bud" Bancroft, 56, Duchesne, died September 5 in a Salt Lake hospital. He was bom May 2, 1937 in Salt Lake to George Albert and Callie Rasmussen Bancroft. He married Shirley Brown November 1, 1958, and their marriage was later solemnized in the Provo LDS Temple. , Bud was raised in Duchesne, graduated from Duchesne High School and attended Salt Lake Community College, earning a degree in refrigeration and appliance repair. For many years he operated his own repair service, worked for the Duchesne County School district and later for the Duchesne County Road Department. He served in the US Army from 1960-6- 2 and was a member of the American Legion Post 22. He coached little league baseball for many years and was later vice president and president of the league. In his spare time he enjoyed being with family and friends, gardening, fishing and hunting. He was a fun and witty man, he like putting smiles on friends and strangers bees and especially loved babies and small children. Same people say his mission in life was to bring happiness and jay into others lives. He is survived by his wife, of Duchesne; sons, daughters, and DeeDra and Perron spouses: Wyasket, Vernal; Brooke and Ferrill Bancroft, Provo; Kris and Nicole and Shan tel Baiiooft, Aaron Bancroft and Meghan Bancroft, all of Duchesne; and Adrian Bancroft, presently serving an LDS mission in South Carolina; five grandchildren; two sisters and three brothers, Erma Miller, Duchesne; Vicena Bowden, Vernal; Don Bancroft and Lyle Bancroft, Salt Lake; and Bab Bancroft, Orem. He was preceded in death by a brother, Clayton; sister, Melba, and a granddaughter. Funeral services were held Wednesday, September 8, in the Duchesne LDS Stake Center. Kulland Donna Gail Kulland, 54, loving wife, mother and grandmother, died peacefully at home September 11 after a 14 year fight with t cancer. She was born Jsutuaiy 21, 1939 to Elmer and Alvina Olson, Stanley, North Dakota. She married Darwin Kulland, January 11, 1959. She' took great pride in her family and was an inspiration to all the lives she touched. She was an active' member in the Lutheran Church, and her strong faith aided in her continual support of other cancer victims. She is survived by her parents, Stanley, North Dakota; husband, of Roosevelt; children, Sherry! and Larry Roberts, Leavittown, Pennsylvania; and Jeff and Cathy Kulland, Jerry and Teri Kulland and Jenny Kulland, all of Roosevelt; nine grandchildren; sisters, Arlette Meysenburg, Orange Park, Florida; and Tammy Paulson, Pleasanton, California. She will always be remembered for her gentle nature, never ending patience and soothing manner. Her undying devotion to her family will carry on beyond death.
