Show Dr. Lemon opens dental office in Roosevelt Dr. James N. Lemon, DDS, haa opened his dental practice at 185 West 200 North in Roosevelt. Dr. Lemon has returned to the Uintah Basin to practice dentistry alter a number of years away from the area attending school and serving in the United States Army. He is a 1982 graduate of Union high school. Dr. Lemon attended Brigham Young University for one year before serving a two and a half year mission for the LDS Church to West Germs: After returning from Germany Dr. Lemon continued 1966, his pSSSS. ' V?.. , schooling at BYU until he was drafted in the summer of 1968. He served in the U.8. Army in VietNam until April, 1970, and graduated from BYU with a BS in electrical engineering in May, 1972. Dr. Lemon graduated from Creighton University Dental School in Omaha, Nebraska with high honors in May, 1976, and then completed a residency in general dental practice at Letterman Army Medical Center in San Francisco, Calif. Dr. Lemon has been serving on the staff and as Director of Dental Services at the United States Army' Health Clinic, Dngway Proving Ground, Dugway, for the past three years. He is married to Kathleen Jensen of Castle Dale. They are parents of three children; David, 9; Emily, 5; and Mark, 4. . Income survey being taken in Roosevelt i James N. The Uintah Basin Association of Governments (UBAG) is conducting a survey with Roosevelt City and USU Extension Service to determine if the City can qualify for a lowmoderate income grant through Houaing and Urban Development (HUD). The survey is being taken through Post Office boxes, and was delivered last week. UBAG asks that the survey be returned as quickly possible to the offices USU of .. Roosevelt City, Extension or UBAG, and consists of one question: Is your family income below $12474 per year?
