Show 1 ' FOOTBALL Park City clips Eagle wings, 34-1- 4 Sometimes predictions just don't work out, no matter who does the predicting. Almost anyone would have said that Duchesne would ..win over Park City last week, but such was not to be. Park City went to work early on and largely neutralised the Eagle defense. Duchesne was unable to put thinga together until near the end of the game, and Coaeh Robert Cook said that if they had had another quarter, they might have pulled it but of the fire. As it turned out, it was Park City 35, Duchesne 14. Duchesnes first touchdown was set up by passes to Wayne Han berg and Tommy Graham, with Darren Erean-brac- k running the bail over for the score. The point-aftattempt wu no er good. The second TD was set up by superb runs by Tommy Graham, passes from Mike Ohm to Jeff Addley and Ohm to Hanberg, with Adley making the score. A completion from Ohm to Hanberg put the on the scoreboard. Coach Cook said that Jay Linford-- , .kick executed a perfect" on-aifollowing the second Eagle touchdown, that sufficiently impressed the opposition coach that even he offered favorable comments on the effort. Duchesne very nearly scored again, but time ran out as the Eagles neared the goal line. '. Greg Mudget played his usual superb game, and Coach Cook said that no opposition player has completed a pass to Gregs man this year. Seniors Wayne Hanberg, Jeff Adley and Tommy Graham all had an outstanding game, Coach Cook added.
