Show i ii Madsen, Kuhlmann to wed Miss Kaye Mary daughter of Madsen, Mrs. G. Frank Madsen II and the Late Dr. Frank Madsen, will be married to Gary G. Kuhlmann Thursday, Nov. 15, in the St. George Temple. Parents of the bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. Anton G. Kuhlmann, Santa Clara, Utah. Miss Madsen lived in Roosevelt for 13 years and graduated in 1978 with high honors from Union high school, where she was student body vice president, varsity cheerleader, a member of the drill team and several other clubs. Miss Madsen graduated from Dixie College, St. George., in 1979. She has resumed classes at Dixie College and is presently serving as president of. Associated Women Students and vice president of the Rebelette marching team. Miss Madsen is also a recipient of the Madsen and Gary G. Kuhlmann will be married Nov. 1 5 in the St. George LDS Temple. The couple will reside in St. George. . Miss Mary Kaye Neighborhood Sewing Club Eleven members of the Neighborhood Sewing Club met at the home of Mrs. Rente Chaael Wednesday. The evening was spent working on afghans and other needlework and discussing current event. A dessert luncheon was served. ' . Mr. Kuhlmann graduated from Dixie high school in 1976. He was president of the Associated Men Students, and active in drama and. football. He served an LDS mission to the Argentina Buenos Aires South Mission. He is presently attending Dixie College, in Business majoring Administration. An open house will be held in their honor in Santa Clara at the LDS Chapel from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Nov. 15. A reception will honor them in Roosevelt Friday, Nov. 23, at the LDS Second Ward Chapel from 7 until 9:30 p.m. The couple will reside in St. George. &&C& Convention held by women's clubs The Fall Convention for the Uintah Basin Federated Women's Clubs was held Oct. 25 at East Roosevelt elementary school. Arrangements for the evening were made by the Socialette Club. A buffet dinner, catered by Bertoah Catering, was served. Decorations were by Roosevelt Floral The Culture Club provided musical entertainment. A fashion show which featured fashions from the turn of the century through WW II was the highlight of the evening. The Vernal area clubs sponsored the fashion show. Third Ariniial 'Holly Fair' announced The third Annual Holly Fair is scheduled at the Uintah Basin Area Vocational Center, Dec. 6 and 7. Informal programs will be offered throughout the day by elementary, junior and senior high school students, as well as visits by Santa Claus.
