First of all is the old high school, which later became the Price Junior High when the new Carbon High was built in the late 1950's. Note the high schools athletic field to the west of the main building. Washington park is shown as a park with only small trees. The old Carbon Hospital just below the wing of the plane taking the photo is a small and fairly new facility.
