At the council meeting on July 10 several of these projects were discussed and payment approved towards many of them as they arc completed or as completion nears. It was announced at the meeting tjial a change order is necessary to incorporate expenses for an alteration in the pipe alignment along Carbonville Road. The increased amount raises cost of the project by $465,034.
