Show 2 Sun Advocate Price, Utah Tuesday June 4, 2002 County officials, tourism partners District court conduct meeting at Price museum A second meeting of county officials and tourism partners was recently conducted at the College of Eastern Prehistoric Museum and Castle Country Regional Information Center. The group gathered from west Emery County and included elected officials, tourism related representatives and business and from Castle Dale, Huntington. The first gathering in April hosted tourism officials from (lie Green River area. The meeting was organized by and (.band Kathy I lanna-Smit- h Atwood, both of the Carbon County Travel Bureau. The focus of the latest meeting was purinering. The discussion centered around businesses and agencies joining ranks to outline opportunities, values and discuss resources available to expand services. Atwood, who is the new informational specialist, also echoed the partnering theme, discussing her aspirations of networking with government agencies and businesses. Marc Anthony Martinez - the defendant appeared at continued proceedings to answer two separate felony level criminal complaints. He majored in military arts and science, minored in civil engineering and was on the deans list each semester receiving the Gold Wreath. Cadet Wilson was in company E2 all four years at the academy and held various position such as platoon sergeant, squad leader and military development officer. He was also on the bridage staff (S4) for the first semester of 20012002. Cadet Wilson successfully passed Airborne School in 1999. His military summer of 2000 was spent doing CTLT at Ft Stewart, Georgia, as a Platoon Leader where he was responsible for the training, moraile and welfare of a fifty-ma- n platoon. He was also responsible for the maintenance and readiness of 13 tracked and wheeled vehicles worth in excess of $8 million. This past summer Cadet Wilson was a platoon leader for the Buckner 2 at West Point where he led the second year cadets ' through military training. Cadet Wilson was a member of the Black Knights Cadet Sport Parachute Tfeam.
