After the defendant admitted certain allegations cited in the order to show cause criminal action, the court revoked Marakis previously allowed formal probationary period. In addition, the district judge sentenced the defendant to 45 days in the Carbon County Jail, but credited Marakis with any incarceration already completed in connection with the felony level criminal information.
