The success of the business will directly Involve people with disabilities. This will assist people with disabilities tb grow and expand their skills and knowledge through computer skills, communication skills, answering the phone, record keeping, payroll, meeting the public, etc. liie concept will provide opportunities for even the most limited individuals to be a viable part of the business ii they so choose. The Castle Valley Center work crew is supervised by Jerry Chavez. Through Jerrys efforts, contracts have been established with several local businesses and government organizations The work crew main tains the lawns and flower beds at both the Carbon County jail in Price and the County Court Complex also in Price, The work crew ifSu been taking care of the grounds at these locations for three years. The county commissioners and other county employees have expressed that they are pleased with the quality of work done and compliment the work crew regularly The work crew cleans Tire King; a local tire and automotive repair business each week. The management of Tire King is pleased with thework done at their establish ment. Several Individuals contract with the work Crew to keep their yard maintained during the summer months.
