Last weekend CEU competed at the Top of the Rockies Tourna- ment in Laramie, Wyo. Twenty-eigcollege's and universities were in attendance at the competition; Nine of the ten CEU team members who competed advanced to Vt . ht , outrounds from preliminaries; V. With ' four of the five debate teams advanced to quarter-finaltwo of the forensics squads advancing to semifinals. The CEU teams were Ben Warner and Scott Oderkirk in open cross examination debate association and Chris Hunt and Miranda" Whitworth in junior division parliamentary debate, Warner and Oderkirk were the only community college team to " advance against university competition.
