Bankhead is sentenced to 5 years in the Utah State Prison, 0-- sentence to run concurrent with the prison sentence he is now serving. Mike Anderson, age 37 of West Jordan, UT pled guilty to two misdemeanor charges of theft by deception and engaging in construction trade without a license. Anderson was originally charged with felony theft by deception. To date Anderson has paid $12,000 of the $13,897 restitution ordered. Sentencing is scheduled for March 18. Jarvis Deer Cantsee, age 30 of White Mesa pled guilty to felony driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Sentencing is April 1. Steven J. Keith, age 45 of Blanding pled guilty to felony possession of a dangerous weapon by a restricted person. Keith is sentenced to 5 years in the Utah State Prison, suspended and 30 days in the San Juan County Jail. In addition, he is charged $925 and placed on probation for 36 months. on July 4, 1998.
