Now it seems that the status of the legal defense for the entire Commission is in some sort of limbo. Doug Short, the attorney who is representing Maryboy, claims that none of the three insurance that have represented the commission in the massive lawsuit is willing to step up to the plate and cover the legal defense of individual commissioners.
