The National Monument manager began by apologizing for signs that went up on the monument prior to her meeting with Commissioners. She blamed it on rescheduling of the meetings. The contention centers around roads that the County claims but that are not marked on monument road maps. Bloomer resigned from his position at REANET to chair a company interested in buying the Durango-base- d telecommunications company owned by LPEA and Electric Association.
