This spot rightly belongs to my bride of forty years, Grandma Sue. But .... this is sort of embarrassing. You see Grandma has left. Not for good, mind you, but lately Ive been having some problems. Shes a might restless; said she didnt feel fulfilled washing my socks and fixing my dinner. Heck. I thought she was real good at it. When I told her that, she kicked me in the shins. Anyway, she went to some Liberated Wives of Tobacco Farmers of America Convention, so Im stuck here to do this recipe myself. So OK. Heres my favorite recipe. Hold on to your aprons. Cheez-Wh- - iz Nachos! Here are the ingredients youll need to make this delicious meal -breakfast, lunch, dinner, midnight snack. By golly, its good anytime. 1 1 1 jar (10 oz.) jalapeno (Open Cheez-Wh- iz Until Then) Fri-Su- n Evening Trail Ride Chuckwagon Supper bag Tostitos jar pickled jalapenos June Through August So ANT GOOD SO GOCfc roa mou! it must be the jalapeno First of all, take the jar of Cheez-Wh- iz Cheez-Whi- z, and place it in the microwave. flavor, not the Mexican-sty- le Make sure you take the lid off, or it might explode. Theres nothing Leave it in there for about 1 12 to worse than exploded cheez-whi- z. 2 minutes, but you have to get in there and stir the Cheez-Wh- iz every seconds or so. Now get the Tostitos. Not Doritos, not Fritos; accept no substitutes. Round tortilla chips taste better. Spread them out on a platter, and over the pour the hot, steaming, delicious melted jalapeno Cheez-Wh- iz I can almost taste em. chips. Finally, dip into the jar of pickled jalapeno peppers, and place one 15 on each tortilla chip. Now thats good eatin. To tell you the truth, I think I could live on this stuff, and I just might have to if Sue doesnt get back here soon.
