Every child that passed the course was awarded a certificate stating they could ride safely. Hie MFs are also encouraging all parents to have their's and their childrens bicycles registered through the ID and Registration office. Having a bicycle registered helps to prevent theft, and if a bike is stolen, thie police already have the serial number and description, and recovery of your property will be a lot easier. 1i . .
