Shortly after his arrival (about 4 p.m.) the Secretary will tour work areas at the base's Ogden Air Logistics Center and the 388th TFW. Once again it is time for the annual Combined Federal Campaign Drive. This annual drive is the government equivalent of the United Way drive held nationwide to support many needy agencies whose main purpose is helping people. As in the past, keyworkers will be appointed in each directorate to canvas employees for contributions. CFC Chairman for Dugway Cpt. Gilmore suggests that if you would like to be a keyperson for your directorate, volunteer to help out, it's worthwhile work and it will help the director. All CFC contributions are tax deductible. When you get your CFC plege, you will also receive a booklet listing the agencies served by CFG You may, and are encouraged to. designate who will get your contribution. For example, Dugway gets many benefits from the agencies supported by the Tooele United Fund. A donation to that organization . Swimming passes are good for six months. Passes are available for purchase at the post swimming pool, A family pass costs $25.00 and an individual pass cost is $15.00. Free flu immunization to be given could end up being used right here at Dugway. DA civilians, contractors, retirees and dependents will be given flu immunizations free, on a voluntary basis. Civilian supervisors should make arrangements with the clinic occupational health nurse, ext. 2027, to have groups of their people immunized. Individuals, not part of a group, may come to the Health Clinic between the hours of 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. and from 12:30 to 5:30 p.m., during normal duty ddys for their flu Vaccine. M ' S.T tmr i tv ' V to . t S Target tanks depart bugway by road This axle roadway monster from 9 Inter- national Transport of Rochester, Minnesota was contracted to haul the two tanks from DPG back to Anniston Army Depot, Ala. where they will be refurbished. The tanks served well as test targets while at DPG.
