Show N 6 JANE SLEIGHT ARE CRAZV.. : CREEK RANCH to be AUCTION When Ken and I took over the Pack Creek Ranch property in 1986, it looked pretty rough. My children and many of our friends thought we were crazy. We have made a lot of changes to the property--but we’re still crazy--about this property, and so are my children and lots of other people. Although it would have been easier if some rich soul had snatched it up, we are feeling really good about the prospect of having neighbors like us. Folks without a lot of money but crazy for this place, and the peace and beauty that surrounds it. So, here’s the plan. The ranch will become a Planned Unit Development. The Cabins and the land under them will be sold and the remaining buildings and land (15+/-acres) will become common space (each cabin owner will have an undivided interest). THE CABINS WILL BE SOLD THROUGH A SILENT AUCTION STARTING NOVEMBER 15TH AND ENDING DECEMBER ISTH. An information packet with all of the legal documents, cabin descriptions and disclosures, subdivision plat, inventory list and information about financing possibilities will be ready by mid-October and will cost $25. You will need an information packet in order to bid. During the course of the auction you are invited to visit the ranch and inspect the cabins. Please call for an appointment. At the end of each day, during the auction, the current bid will be posted on our web page. If you do not have access to the internet, you can call the office for an update.
