In the war on the environment, President Bush's policies and actions will be strongly debated as we know that America's natural heritage is at risk. What role foreign policy and the aftermath of the World Trade Center and Pentagon bombings will have on the environment in this country and worldwide must be scrutinized in utmost detail.
