even one person can affect the entire family according to a study released Wednesday “The stress of having even one uninsured family member can ripple through the household as other family members cope with their relative’s illness high medical bills and financial distress” said Dr Arthur Kellermann of Emory University School of Medicine of the panel that prepared the study Caring for the uninsured person can strain families financially and emotionally said the report from the Institute of Medicine an arm of the National Academy of Sciences People who are uninsured also tend to
