of food” "great provider Saubert has been the Food Service Director here at CEU since a year ago last January He has recently received a transfer to another Saga Foods Unit located at the Southern Branch University of Nevada commonly called Nevada Southern in Las Vegas Before coming to CEU Steve worked at four other Saga Foods Units in Washington and California His new appointment in Las Vegas should be a challenge as well as a pleasant change He will be the Food Service Director for some 4800 students somewhat of a task compared with our numbers here Since I have been here I have seen Steve as many things: the provider of entertainment at different times in the cafeteria the provider of advice for students having difficulty in their studies as well as other problems the provider of some of the best humor and conversation on campus and of course the provider of nourishment during our favorite parts of the day namely mealtimes In speaking with Steve he remarked: "I enjoyed very Dakota with a degree in Education and his wife Joyce is a registered nurse Jerry started with Saga Foods in September of 1968 and went to Portland for his orientation His first appointment came in October at Western Washington State College where he spent more than a year His next assignment was in coming here where he will be Food Director Jerry who is 24 this summer played football in his college days ns well as playing tenor sax in a dance band so he will inevitably take an active interest in sports and music while he is here at CEU He and his wife have both mentioned to me that the
