agency Although some changes lack final approval the department expects fees to go up for immunizations as well as for inspections of food service operations and septic systems Final fee hikes are scheduled for approval Tuesday The annual fee for food service inspections and permits goes to $190 from $70 Fees for inspection of and permits for septic tanks go to $180 from $60 And immunizations offered at the department's clinic go to $4 from $3 The Health Department is proposing the fee increases as means to offset funding trimmed from at least three other health service programs Other and a biologist says that Mini-Cass- ia could signal an environmental problem The spotted frogs nsed to he found in abundance in southern Idaho but it's hard now to find n single one They range in
