Frederick and Margaret Lutham Thunell Ho graduated from East High Softool and attended tho University of Utah He survud in the U S Army Air Corps as a bom- bardier and pilot during World War Hospital on Fri18 day Oct 1996 ol causes incident to aye He was born March 27 1903 in Laketown to George and Dolma Cheney LDS Temple and they are the proud parents of four sons Elijah was an active member of the LDS Church and held many positions He served a mission from 1926 to 1928 in the California Arizona Mission and as a High Priest group leader Ho attended school in Lake-tow- n and graduated from the LDS High School in Salt Lake City Elijah was a dedicated sheep and cattle rancher He resided in Rich County all his life Hu was proud of his irrigation system which was a first in Rich County He also enjoyed experimenting with new varieties of grains on his farm He is survived by Ins wife Norma of Laketown and three sons Cardun and Joan of Lancaster Calif McKay and Jean of Lake-tow- n and Clark and Patty of Logan Jeanette Roskeb a daughter-in-laley of Smitlifield and 17 19 grandchildren He n was preceded in death by his parents four brothers one sister a son Reed and a great grandson Funeral services will be at noon Wednesday Oct 23 in the Lake-tow- n LDS Chapel There will be no public viewing Burial will be in the Laketown Cemetery Services are under the direction of Matthews (Brock) Autry Salt Lake City Jason (Stephanie) Thunell and Cameron n B He was the youngest of six children He married Nonna Weston on June 3 1931 in the Logan Willis ple They celebrated their 50th wedding anniversaiy in Juno They have lived all of their marred life in River Heigtits and Fred was a member of the River Heights 2nd Ward He served in various church capacities He was ward clerk for many years as well as teacher trainer He was a home teacher until his health kept tiim at home Fred was a photographer for 45 years For many years he took all of the sports pictures for The Her aid Journal He operated a studio and camera store in the Student Center at USU He also had a camera shop on Federal Avenue in Logan for a time Fred was a master at building things and fixing things He loved to collect anything and everything He enjoyed writing poetry and filled his calender books with notations in great-grandso- Thoron Teel She later completed an associate's degree from Brigham Young University in genealogical research Marllia was active In her community organizing the Arimo Idaho Chapter of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers and a local Little League Stie was involved with
