Nolan Davis, spokesman for the Milford High Attendance Area Planning Committee reported on the committees activities to date. The committee has identified several sites that ‘they Would like the board to consider purchasing or securing for future growth. The committee met four times and came up with very good information for the board to consider. Board President, Robert L. Strong thanked the committee for _ their time and efforts and for a job. well done. aa 12. Principal Walt Schofield and Region 15 Chairman, Earl M. Slack met with the board and discussed a possible Eight Man Football Program for the region and 1A schools. Mr. Slack reported that several schools in the region are interested. Mr. Schofield reported that a parent survey conducted in the Milford area indicated that they would support the Eight Man Football. Proposal - After much discussion it was moved by the board support the Region 15 Eight Man Football proposal. The board was also: invited to a Region 15 “Rural Pre-Legislature Summit” to be Milford High has 64, of which 20 are older models and not being used.
