Erik Jacobsen came to Circle Four Farms from Deseret Ranches of Florida where he had several management responsibilities including the construction and development of many different | projects on the ranch. Erik's responsibility to date at Circle Four has been the establishment of our Human Resources department. We wish him |} success in his new responsibility. n oO- Ww nearing completion. Councilman Mark Dotson was appointed to serve the remainder of Mary Wiseman’s term after she was elected mayor. In 1993 Dotson was defeated by only 8 votes. Upon strength of that precedent, Max Mayer would be the next appointee. Mayor Wiseman said, “I have the pavilbge of appointing. We have all talked it over, and agree that Nick (Swain) would be best.” and Smith expire December 31. 1999. a Councilmen Mark Dotson and John Carter did not attend the July 16 council meeting.
