As of July 1, 1994 new dog license's for the 1994-95 year should have been purchased, this is a as properly licensed. The next problem that we have been getting complaints about — that concerns me is some children getting hurt. The ATV'S have been running rampant in our City with _people that are not old enough to drive. ATV'S are and we have and so this is how city limits of Milford: The first time a child is picked up his parents and — _ the driver will be warned. Any dog that is _ found running around or trouble any person a complaint but has the complaint. — It be advertised who signed the complaint. This will be kept in a file at the City Office. The City Police will then notify the owner of the dog and the first time is just a warning. : The second time the driver on the ATV will be warned and the parent will be cited. The young people of this community should know that if you are picked up many times driving before you have a driver's license, the court can extend the time you will be able to get a license. This is not to be — unfair with the young people, it is hoped to save a life. Another thing that I think should be thought about for young mothers and fathers, please put your young children in car seats so they will not get harmed and this is also a law. You may be picked up and cited for this. Please cooperate on these things to make our City better and safer. Sincerely, Mary G. Wiseman Mayor of Milford reminder that citations will be issued without warning for failure to have your dog _this will be handled in the follows: causing can file to sign will not time SECSC.OU I must remind you, ATV'S that the City Ordinances will be enforced to take care of problems third seo, quite a few accidents on decision of the City Council dog fs The last — time $150.00 and the dog will be put to sleep at the expense of the owner. The City Council is not against dogs. Children and their dogs have great fun but it is important that we keep it so the garbage cans are not turned over, that the dogs we have are not abused and this will keep our City clean, it will keep our yard cleaner if the dogs are not permitted to roam the streets. dangerous It has been the the iedase driver's license until 17 or states, whatever because the you court have Beaver's 24th of July Celebration!
