newspaper nas has agreed to take the matter in hand and offer frer six prizes amounting to 1400 as a a reward for the efforts of the com com- It Is claimed by the promoters of this enterprise that there is but one state In the Union that nas has a a. state an an- them It is believed that within a few years almost every state will have an anthem and that there is no good reason reason rea rea- son why Utah should be the last to adopt one The conditions of the contest which is now on is that the words of the anthem contain not more than five stanzas nor less than three stanzas each stanza not to exceed eight lines It is optional with the theauthor theauthor theauthor author whether or not there shall be bea a chorus Authors Author's Name Safeguarded The manuscript must be submitted In a legible hand hand or or typewritten and there must be no name nor address written on the manuscript that would disclose the identity of the author Enclosed Enclosed with the manuscript must be bea a
