gives the family and puppy an even chance of getting properly acquainted A puppy of any breed is a delicate item indeed she said and requires a large share of attention — more than most children and adults are able to give it during the heightened activities of Christmas Day The young animal often will be frightened by the sudden outburst of activity usually occurring in the average home on Christmas morning It may become confused and even defensive in its behavior and often the family thinks it has received a bad dog she said Just as important are the physical preparations which must be made A new puppy needs proper housing and it needs it immediately not several days after it arrives at its new home said Ms Johnston The breed must be considered Some dogs should be kept outdoors others do very wen inside The proper sleeping facilities must be ready Then there’s the matter of housebreaking Most cuddly and loveable puppies are stiO far too young to have been trained to take their natural processes of elimination outdoors or to some special place provided inside These young animals also have no control over their urges They simply go Immediately as the notion strikes — and wherever they happen to be when it strikes The results can be devastating Ms Johnston said She said most children old enough to properly enjoy a new puppy will understand the spirit of giving even though the gift arrives a few days before or after Christmas Everyone SALT LAKE CITY (UPI) Jay Banks has tentatively set Dec 30 for a hearing by all district Judges on whether to call a grand Jury to distributed free of charge to recipients according to inclination of the commission its members or personnel” The report cited alleged abuses of procedures in which samples are sent by distillers for evaluation The report said samples were distributed and not accounted for that persons who received the samples never reported back to the commission that inventory of samples was not properly kept and that no liquor was listed or delisted as the result of sampling comply the puppy Extended outlook Sunday High Low Pep Hurley Cellar City Idaho Fails through Tuesday: Utah — Snow likely on Sunday
