Under these circumstances, I have no alternative but to accept the cat. Cat transportation (cat in arms) is hazardous. A cat suddenly frightened will claw and scratch until released. If this is in a strange area, the animal is faced with confusion and starvation. Moreover, small boys who have extended themselves to do a kindly act are deserving of praise. This little cat is in good condition. While it may have been abandoned, it also might have a home, and catlike, was just out exploring the neighborhood to see what was going on. Capable of only one sound, this dear little kitty is trying hard to explain this situation to me. Can you help him out?
