The ore body has been partly defined by a series of core holes, some of which were drilled under a DMEA loan. Nine feet of core in one of the holes averaged 0.81 per cent iranium oxide and two of the most re0entrvholes contained nine- feet of 0.90 per cent and 10 feet of 0.81 er cent respectively ' of uranium oxide. The preliminary; drilling program now finished, indicates a dollar deposit of exe ore, the re. ceptionally extent of the full states, port which will be determined largely by underground development work during mining operations. A 1600-forailroad haulage tunnel has been extended 80 per cent of the distance from the present workings of the Big Buck mine to the new deposit. Although new developments have resulted in a short delay, the report continues, mining is expected to begin within 45 days. It says a working drift is designed to permit the extraction of 500 tons of ore daily. - multi-millio- n high-grad- ot RECENT REPORT ON MT.
